I became interested in getting a pair of these after starting rebounding about 4 months ago. The instructor I use on YT a lady by the name of Karen Briehler, uses these a lot during rebounding and low impact floor routines (all of which are excellent and really improve your fitness if you put the effort in). I have found these to be really good because you hand and wrist area don't get sweaty because you have air flow. I also find the weight more than adequate when you are really moving quickly, less chance of tendon damage. They are easy to twist around your hand and wrist and have a nice soft feel. All in all 10/10 from me.
